さらにそれから、現在は、3週間以上が過ぎ、まだこの件について何らアップデートされていません。水漏れが止まったかを確認するのに、数週間掛かることもあるとの事でしたが、最初に止まっている事が確認された時からは2ヶ月以上、4月にお願いした時からも既に25日が経過しています。

一刻も早い修繕の開始が出来るよう、対応のほど宜しくお願いします。

Furthermore, at the moment 3 weeks have passed and there has been no update regarding this matter. I was told that it might take several weeks to check whether water leakage stopped or not, but it's been more than 2 months since they initially confirmed that it was stopped, and already 25 days have passed since I asked in April.
