Just a while ago, the product sent to your country was stopped at the customs. It was just because the paperwork was late but just to be safe, can you please contact your country's customs department to confirm if the product is something which can be imported? If the product is returned to Japan, the delivery charge will be borne by the customer. Moreover, there is no gas in the product. If this is a product which cannot be imported, the deal will have to be canceled and there will be a full refund.
