アマゾンで購入した商品で州税がかかっていまして、アマゾンに州税の返金申請をしているんですが
その際にMyuSから提出出来る書類はありますでしょうか？

船荷証券か、航空運送状のコピー、など住所が記載されているものがあれば欲しいです。
PDFでも良いので貰うことは出来ますか？

The product purchased from Amazon would be levied with state taxes so I am filling a request for a refund of this to Amazon. As such, can I get a document from MyuS which can be included in this application?
