クレジットカードの決済で何度もエラーが出たためたくさんの注文番号が生成されています。
今回連絡いただいた注文番号123は決済待ちというステータスですが、
注文番号124は決済が完了しており、貴社の対応を待ってればよいという認識でした。
上記認識で合っておりますでしょうか？
もし認識が合っていれば注文番号124は注文番号123と同じ内容ですので、注文番号123は不要です。

Many order number was generated as errors happened so many times at the credit card transactions.
The order 123 you inquired about is in the "waiting for the payment" status, but I thought that the payment was completed for the order 124 and I can just wait for your next action.
Is my understanding above correct?
If it is, I do not need the order 123 as the contents or 124 and 123 are same.
