このように自動でエレメントが送られてきます。4つのノズルから高圧水が噴射され、エレメントが洗浄されます。エレメントが180℃回転したら完了です。これを1lapとします。

上段はAで最大14枚、Bで5枚、下段はAで最大12枚、Bで4枚　処理可能です。

この図はDO値が徐々に減少していることを表しています。10～15分でDO値が3以下になることがわかります。
