フローチャートで言うと、この部分になります。

写真のように、AをBとCに分解します。

このように自動でエレメントが送られてきます。4つのノズルから高圧水が噴射され、エレメントが洗浄されます。エレメントが180℃回転したら完了です。これを1lapとします。

上段はAで最大14枚、Bで5枚、下段はAで最大12枚、Bで4枚　処理可能です。

これは洗浄に必要な機材を表しています。
この図はDO値が徐々に減少していることを表しています。10～15分でDO値が3以下になることがわかります。

Referring to the flow chart, it would be this part.
The part A would be divided into B and C, as shown in the picture.

As you see, the element would be sent automaticall . Then, high pressure water would be shot from each of the four nozzeles and the element would be washed. When the element revolves 180 degrees, the process is completed. The process above is considered as 1lap.

The upper setting of A handles 14 pieces maximum, wheras B handles 5, and referring to the lower part, A handles 12 pieces maximum, and B handles 4 pieces maximum.

This shows the materials needed for the wash.
According to the chart, the DO value is decreasing. The DO value becomes less than 3 within 10 or 15 minutes.
