明日会議で提示予定の資料を送付致します。昨年同様Aを1日、Bを4日、計5日の設定としています。
背景として17年は目標8点（Kを除く）に対し過達の見通しであり、Cの状況を考慮すると、我々はこれ以上のAの日数設定は困難と考えています。尚Dは昨日時点でまだ会社と協議中で未定です
メンバーの意見から、定期的な休暇取得状況の確認、休暇少取得者へのフォロー、休暇を取りやすい雰囲気つくりが求められます。またEは既に商品を受け取っています。Eは返品を希望しているのですか？返品なら手続が必要です

I attach materials which we're going to use tomorrow. We will be spend a day for A, 4 days for B, 5 days total like the last year.

In 2017, we got over our goal (except for K) 8, considering the situation of C, we believe it's difficult to spare more time for A. Yet D was still under discussion as of yesterday.
Our team members are suggesting to have regular "confirming the rate of taking paid off", "supporting staffs who got less paid off holiday", and "creating an atmosphere to get paid off more easily".

By the way E already got the product. Has E ask for returning?If so, we need some procedures done.
