また、本日積み込みのお手配を取って頂いているかと思いますが、
5月上旬に長期休暇を控えている関係で、出荷スケジュールをなるべく早めに頂きたく思っております。
(長期休暇中は荷物が受けられず、日程のコントロールが必要になる為)

I assume that you are arranging for shipment today.
But as we have consecutive holidays in the beginning of May, would you make a schedule of the shipment as soon as possible?
(As we cannot receive an item during the holidays, we have to control the schedule.)
