宿泊先ですが、〇〇ホテルで考えています。（温泉付きで非常に良いホテルです。）
ツインベッドルーム 2名様利用で〇〇円（朝食付）
1名様利用で〇〇円（朝食付）
4人部屋 4名様利用で〇〇円（朝食付）
どのプランが良いかをA社に確認して、連絡して下さい。
夕食については全て、我々のほうでアレンジします。
また、移動手段については成田空港から大型の車を借りて、車でホテルまで
移動することを考えています。（帰りも車で空港までお送りします。）
Regarding the accommodation, we are planning to book xx hotel (a very nice hotel with a public bath).
Twin room: xx yen for 2 persons (breakfast inclusive)
xx yen for 1 person (breakfast inclusive)
Room for 4 beds: xx yen for 4 persons (breakfast inclusive)
Please confirm with A which plan would be good and let me know.
Dinners will be all arranged at our end.
Also, as for the transportation, we are planning to rent a large van to travel from Narita airport to the hotel (we will give you a ride back to the airport, too).
