Additional info: 海外サイトからサプリメントの注文をしたいのですが、注文商品の中に、日本では規制対象になっている商品があるようで上手くいかず困っている状況です。

昨年12月12日に１回目の注文をしましたが、キャンセル処理されました。

貴社にキャンセル理由を問い合わせた際、「注文商品の内、出荷不可の商品が含まれているためキャンセルした。こちらには、どの商品が該当するのか不明なため、日本の税関に直接問い合わせてもらいたい。」旨の回答でした。

私の方で日本の税関に問合わせしたところ、「野生のバニラがワシントン条約で輸出入規制の対象」のため下記商品１点が規制対象に該当する可能性が考えられる」とのことでした。

I placed the first order on December 12, 2017, but it was cancelled.

I asked you for the reason of cancellation, and the response was that "The order was cancelled since there was an item which was not allowed to be shipped. As we could not specify which one it is, we would like you to directly contact to the Japanese customs".

As I inquired to the Japanese customs, I was advised that "the wild vanilla is subject to the export compliance under the Washington Convension, so the following item may fall under the restriction.
