お送り頂いた写真を確認しました。お客様の満足のためこの問題の解決に2つの方法を提示させて下さい。1つ目は現在お手元の商品を返送頂き、当方で破損無く商品の到着を確認出来た後、新たに本来お求めの商品を発送し直す。この場合送料は当方負担しますが解決に相当な時間を要します。2つ目は現在お手元の商品をそのまま受取頂き一部返金する。この場合私は50%返金で対応を提案します。また先日問い合わせの件、確認したい点はBは連結A社への引渡価格になるのか、又はAから販社への引渡価格になるのかです。
