12月が決算で、1月初旬にしか全額支払いができません 。11月末に半分の代金を払って、1月に残りの代金を支払いは

100個しか発注する事しかできません。他社が、10個発注するので、発注金額の合計は減りません。

We are able to pay off the total amount only in early January due to the settlement in December. We are not going to pay half of it in the end of November and pay the rest in January since we don’t want the fund pending for the whole one month.
So, when can we order the goods to receive them in January?
We are only able to order the goods up to 100. The total of the price won’t decrease as our fellow company will order 10.
Could we email you about the revision of the purchase order since it decreased in quantity. If the purchased for autumn winter are truly required, would it be possible that you ship the goods from the manufacturers in the late November and keep them till the end of December on your own?
