turn-key homeとはこれから修理や清掃をする必要がなく、いわゆる「即入居可能な」家という意味です。/ on-site manager現地管理員という訳語を使う方が良いでしょう。/once calling this fabulous Waikiki building home「Aを家と呼ぶ」とはつまり「Aに入居する」という意味合いです。
