返品は受け付けますが返金は商品が私の元に届いたことを確認してからになります。
商品は商品説明の通りですが私から一つ提案があります。
LED基盤がリアダンパーに接触してボディが取り付けられないと言うことですのでLED基盤の取付け位置を変更すればいいと思います。
LED基盤はホットボンドで接着されています。
ヘアドライヤーなどで少し温めるとボンドが柔らかくなりますのでLED基盤が取り外せます。
これでLED基盤の位置を変更出来ますがいかがでしょうか？
一度ご検討ください。

I accept the returned part, but refund will be make after the returned part is received.
There is one suggestion from me, as per part instruction.
Due to LED board is contacting with rear damper, and body is not attached with, I think it's better if you change the LED base position.
LED base is connecting with hotpot.
If you warm it with hair dryer, and so on, you can remove the LED base because the bond will become softer.
How about we change this LED base position?
