私のお客様からリージョンフリープレーヤーでリージョンBのブルーレイが再生できないと連絡がありました。
お客様から商品を受け取り、私が試したところ同じく再生できませんでした。
私が持っている他の同機種で試したのですが、同様にリージョンBが再生できませんでした。
添付されているマニュアルのとおりにやっているつもりですが、何か再生するコツなどはありますでしょうか。
アドバイスいただけますと幸いです。

One of my customer reports me that region free player isn't working to B blue ray disk.
So I have got the disk in person and checked it out but it is not working.
So i tried that blue ray to the other region free disk player, but the B blue ray can not play.
Though i tried to the manual attached of the player.
Do you know any other way to play it?
I need your advice.
