日本の郵便局へ問い合わせ致しました。

日本国内の郵便局でトラブルがあり、発送が遅延していたようです。
現在は東京国際郵便局で通関手続中のようです。
商品に問題はなく、通関手続が完了されればイタリアへ発送されます。

イタリアの郵便サイトで情報が反映しなかったのは、商品自体がイタリアに到着していなかった事が原因です。
