事前に旅行に行くから支払いが遅れることと、支払日を伺っておりますので心配なさらないでください。
お支払いが完了すればcase は閉じられます。

I send you a mail because i wonder if you were surprised that 'open case' notification sent to you. This is ebay's work, if your order has been pending for 4 days, it become 'open case' automatically. The payment were late because of the trip but i was asking for the payment day so don't worry. If the payment has been done, the case will be closed. I hope we can cooperate until this matter is finished.
