去年の12/14日に御社で会社の設立をいたしました。
もう一年経過するので会社の更新手続きをしたいのですがどのようにすればよろしいのでしょうか？
また香港では初回の決算は会社設立後18ヶ月とのことですが
（当社の場合は設立後18ヶ月経過は今年の10月ですね）
10月までに決算すればいつでもいいということですか？
登記書類を確認しましたが、わからなかったので教えてください。

そして決算手続きは御社でやっていただけるなら費用の目安を
教えてください。

A company was established by your company on Dec 14 last year.
It already passes 1 year so I'd like to do renewal procedure of a company, but how should it be done?
The accounting in the first time is said to be 18 months after establishment of a company in Hong Kong.
(in case of us, 18 months passage after establishment is October of this year, isn’t it?)
When accounting by October, is it said that they would like anytime?
The registration form was checked, but I can not understand, so please tell me.

And if you can do , please tell me the rough cost.
