輸送トラブルとはいえ、お客様にご心配と不安を与えてしまったことをまずは深くお詫び申し上げます。お客様の仰る通り、追跡番号が反映されていないことをこちらでも確認致しました。通知でご案内の通りお客様の商品は10日に発送済ですが、日本国内の郵便局で何等かのトラブルがあった可能性があります。以前同様に番号が反映されなかったケースでは、日本国内輸送途中で梱包に破損が生じ、返送扱となっていたことがありました。いずれにせよ当方で至急郵便局へ確認を行い、結果が分かり次第すぐにお知らせします。
