どうして間違えたのですか？
アメリカの事務所から日本に転送しているのですが
２つあるはずのものが、１つしか無い事で輸送コストの損失が出てしまいました。
まず１つ分の代金と送料を返金お願いします。
そして、いくらか値引きできるのであればお願いいたします。

Why did you mistake them?
The office in US transferred them to Japan. There was only one even though they were two. So, we had a loss of the freight cost. Please refund the amount of one and shipping fee firstly.
Then, I would like you to discount some if possible.
