そして、この前はステッカーを切った上に商品の箱をなくしたのか、新聞紙にくるんで送られてきました。
(販売者に問い合わせましたが、箱も入れてステッカーも切っていない新品状態で発送したとのことです。）

外箱が多少痛んだりしていることはよくあるのでその都度メールはしていませんが、
今回のような件が毎回だと非常に困るので、検品方法の改善をお願いいたします。

Also the other day, it was sent to us without the sticker which was cut & wrapped in newspapers probably because they lost the product package.
( we asked the seller but they informed us that they sent the product as a brand new condition which was put in its package also wasn't cut the sticker）

There're often some cases that the products packages get some damages so that I don't send a message about it. However if the case like this time happens all the time, it'll be a huge problem. I'll appreciate if you improve the inspection method.
