昨日、商品をうけとりました。しかし、ebayの商品説明文と著しく異なる商品です。
新品未開封と記載されておりましたが、届いたときの箱の状態は、一回あけられた箱に茶色のテープで、再度梱包されておりました。さらに外箱にも傷があります。
電源コードは白いペイントで汚れています。これは新品の商品ではありません。
今すぐに全額返金してください。3日以内に対応してもらえない場合はペイパルに争議を申請します。あなたに悪い評価がつくでしょう。商品の返送代金もあなたが払ってください。

I received the product yesterday, but it is completely different from the explanation on ebay. It said it's new and it's never been opened, but when I received it, the box was already opened and it was re-taped with brown tape. There's also a scratch on the box.
The electric code has a stain with white paint. This is not a new product.
