昨日、商品をうけとりました。しかし、ebayの商品説明文と著しく異なる商品です。
新品未開封と記載されておりましたが、届いたときの箱の状態は、一回あけられた箱に茶色のテープで、再度梱包されておりました。さらに外箱にも傷があります。
電源コードは白いペイントで汚れています。これは新品の商品ではありません。
今すぐに全額返金してください。3日以内に対応してもらえない場合はペイパルに争議を申請します。あなたに悪い評価がつくでしょう。商品の返送代金もあなたが払ってください。

I received the item yesterday from you but it's very different from the description of the item on eBay.
The description online says it's new, but it apparently appeared to be opened once and closed again with a brown tape. The outerbox also had some damages.
The electrical cord is stained by white paint. This is obviously not new.
I demand a full refund. If you don't refund me within the next three days I will file a complaint on your business with PayPal. Your reputation would be ruined. You should also pay the shipping cost for returning this to you.
