当店で調査したところ、お客様の荷物は、12月9日にアメリカに到着しておりますが、その後は、行方不明になっております。おそらく、USPS側で紛失したものと考えております。
当店においては、同一の商品の在庫がないことから、速やかに全額返金させていただきたいと考えております。
なお、当店からUSPSiに調査依頼をしますので、後日、お客様に荷物を受領したかどうかのご連絡がありますので、受領されていないことを連絡いただければ幸いです。

According to our investigation, your package arrived in the United States on December 9, but it has been lost since then. We consider probably it was lost under control of USPS.
We would like to refund you full amount immediately because we do not have the same product in stock right now.
By the way, we are going to ask USPi for investigation, so we believe they will contact you regarding the package later day. We would be really appreciated if you answer that you have not received your package then.
