当店で調査したところ、お客様の荷物は、12月9日にアメリカに到着しておりますが、その後は、行方不明になっております。おそらく、USPS側で紛失したものと考えております。
当店においては、同一の商品の在庫がないことから、速やかに全額返金させていただきたいと考えております。
なお、当店からUSPSiに調査依頼をしますので、後日、お客様に荷物を受領したかどうかのご連絡がありますので、受領されていないことを連絡いただければ幸いです。

As we investigated it, your parcel had reached in US on December 9th, but it had been missing after that. It is supposed be lost by USPS.
We are considering to refund it immediately since we don't have the same item in our stock.
We are going to request for investigation to USPSi, and then they will contact you if they received your parcel or not. So, we appreciate if you could contact us in the case you don't receive it.
