サイズについて返品があったとのことで、申し訳ありませんでした。注意して制作する様に徹底します。

サイズの説明については私たちも頭を悩ませています。革を使った柔らかい商品なので、革の状態や測り方によってサイズに誤差が出ます。お客様には誤差がある事を説明しておいた方が良いかもしれません。

請求書を発行しました。請求先と配送先に間違いがないかご確認ください。

材料の革が希少となり、入荷に時間が掛かっています。今回もお支払いの確認後3ヶ月ほどお待ちいただくことになりそうです。
