確認の結果あなた宛送った商品の状況が分かりました。梱包が破損したとの理由で輸送中継地点のUKから返送され、数日内に私の住む街の郵便局へ到着予定です。貴国宛発送した場合時折このようなケースがあり、破損が軽微で商品に損傷がなくても通関前に返送される事が過去にもありました。送料は余分にかかります（当方負担します）が速達便で送るとこの様な事態は避けられるので速達便で再送します。返送を待っていると時間がかかり、これ以上お待たせしても申し訳ないので同じ商品を仕入れ12/10迄に再送します

We have got a condition for your baggage which you’ve sent me. The baggage was resent from UK, the transfer point, because the package had a damage, and sometimes it happens when you send something from your country, in the past, there was a several cases that baggages were sent back even the damages were not so bad. The extra fee would cost but we will deal with it, and the speed mails can avoid this kind of risk, so that we would resend it with as a speed mail. It will take a long time if I wait for the resending, so we would package same item and send it by 10th December for not to make wait you wait.
