受け取った製品に一部初期動作不良があり、それを知らせるも、製品には問題ないとの返事があり、初期の動作不良に関する返事は無かった。今までは、Googleの機械訳のため「変な英語」でのクレームだから無視された感じもするので、しっかりと我々の要望を伝えたい。
