今回の商品到着遅延により、今後の取引が不安になりました。○○以外の発送が遅れたことをなぜもっと早く教えてくれなかったのですか？今回の遅延により少なからず損害が出ております。今後、より気持ちの良い取引の為にもできれば今回の遅延による損失を何らかの形で補償していただければ助かります。よろしくお願いします。
