Nobody knows whether FedEx treatment was bad or the way you packed was wrong.
However in my opinion, the way you packed was wrong.
The cardboard box you used is too small to pack the product.
And also that was short of cushion materials.
I have bought a lot of wedgewoods from the UK based distributers but they have never packed products in such a small box as this.
I want you to refund all the payment I made, 174.99GBP, via PayPal or exchange all the products to new ones that don't have any problems.
