我々はアマゾンからの再度の改善計画提出の指示を受け、簡単ではありますが、下記の内容をお約束します。

・お客様の対応を丁寧に行い、商品が到着していないとの申告が会った場合は速やかに返金対応を行なます。

・FBAの販売を開始し、段階的にその比率を上げることにより、オーダーされた商品が到着しないという事を避けるようにします。

・日本から発送している商品のリストについては出来るだけ追跡番号をつけるために、リストを見直します。

We received an order from the Amazon to submit an improvement plan again, so we made the following brief plan that we would promise.

· We will carefully deal with customer and will respond and refund quickly if they declare that the product has not arrived.

· We will start FBA sales and gradually raise the ratio of it so that we can avoid such an incident that the product a customer
ordered doesn't arrive.

·We'll review the list of products shipped from Japan in order to attach tracking number as much as possible.
