送金未着の件についてです。

日本の銀行で調査の結果、資金は10/2にアメリカの銀行に戻されています。
確認していただけますか。

私が送金先に指定した銀行は”☆銀行”ですが、
中継先の銀行である”Citibank”になっていたたために、
こちらで受け取ることができませんでした。

送金先は書類の通り”☆銀行”宛にお願いします。
”Citibank”はあくまで中継銀行です。
再度書類を送付しますのでよろしくお願いします。

そして手続きが終わりましたらまたご連絡ください。

As a result with investigating by Japanese bank, the money was back to the bank in USA on October 2nd.
Would you check it?

The bank I designated as the transmission address is "☆ bank", however, I could not receive it since it was designated "Citibank" which was the transit bank.

Please set the address to "☆ bank" as the document.
"Citibank" is just a transit bank.
I send you the document again, so please proceed according to it.
