デザインチームのマネージャーである前任者が辞めたことで、私がその役目も担うようになり、直属の上司であるAさんと直接色々な事を話したり、相談もするようになり、初めて「チーム」を管理する側の立場として、大変さを身にしみて感じています。その意味で、Aさんは私にとって、仕事での問題解決の良きアドバイザーであり、また悩みも聞いてくれる理解者でもあります。社内の色々な問題でストレスを感じながらも、デザインチームに対して最大限サポートしてもらっていると感じています。

I talk with A who is my boss about a variety of topics and consult with him.
As a person who controls the "team" for the first time, I feel how tough it is to be in the position.
In that sense, A is a good adviser to solve the problem in the work and also understands me where he listens to my problem. While feeling a stress about a variety of the problems in the company, I feel that he supports the design team at maximum.
