Aさんの部下のBと申します。現在我々はCの計算を行うため３つの情報を必要としています。うち２つは昨日提供頂いた情報です。もう１つはDについての、昨日頂いたものと同じ情報です。米国以外の国向けの情報でも構いませんので、Dの情報があれば提供頂けないでしょうか。また説明書の英文訳を荷物に入れ忘れ申し訳ありません。メーカーに問い合わせたところ訳文の作成が遅れており、先に商品のみ発送致しました。英訳文は完成次第すぐにお送りします。今週30日頃の発送となるかと思います。

As I asked the manufacturer about it, creating translation is delayed and we have sent only product in advance. We will send English translation soon after completion. I think that it might be sent on 30th of this month.
