１．送付した資料の中で情報不足とされたのは具体的にどこでしょうか？私はバイヤー情報ではないかと考えています
　　バイヤー情報がKのものではなく、下記であれば問題ありませんでしたか？

２．贋物の疑いを持たれた証拠はありますか？ありましたら写真等が見たいです
　　お客様の指摘は尊重しますが、万が一悪意あるクレームであった場合、弊社の被害が大きいです。
　　また、今回の商品はハイブランドではなく低価格のもので売れ行きも少ないです。贋物を用意するなど考えも及びません

1. Which part do you indicate is the insufficient information in the materials I've sent? I think it is probably the buyer information.
Do you think there is no problem if the buyer information is not K but the one below?

2. Do you have any evidence that you suspect its fake? I would like to see pictures if you have.
We respect the customer's feedback, but the damage on our side is big in case of its malicious complaint.
Also, the item is not a high fashion brand but a low price and few sales. We never even thought about preparing fake items.
