弊社品証から更に下記の件、確認するよう依頼を受けたので、申し訳ございませんが、確認をお願い致します。

・当該ロットの後に発送した、ロット○○（30ヶ/2017年4月13日出荷）では、同事象は起きていませんでしょうか。

・受注品の出荷納期を早めることについて、製造工程に全く余裕が無い状態ですので、土日出勤等をして対応することになります。ですので、出来て10本ほどになるかと思います。もし、当該瑕疵が弊社起因でなかった場合、土日出勤費用等の緊急対応費用の負担をお願いすることなります。

Please check below since I received a request to confirm the following matters from our quality assurance department.


· Did you have same type of issue for the lot ○ ○ (30 units /Shipped on April 13, 2017) after shipping these lots?

· Regarding to shorten the shipping/delivery date for ordered items, there is no time in the manufacturing process at all. So, we will need to work on Saturdays and Sundays. I assume that it will be possible to have about 10 units.
If the defect is not caused by our side, we will request you to pay the cost for emergency response such as working on Saturdays and Sundays.
