非造影CTでは腫瘤は高吸収に見えます。腫瘍は肝と比較し低吸収を呈したとのことだが、正常頸部甲状腺とは同様の吸収値だったのか。

なぜ良性腫瘍だったのに急激に増大が疑われるのか？一般的に増大傾向があるものなのか？
生検で良性で、症状がなければ経過観察でよいものなのか？
