我々の注文の出荷準備はどうなってるでしょうか？
Aさんから8月3日に受け取ったメールではパッキングが終わり、8月7日には出荷できるとの話でしたが、パッキングがまだ終わってないのでしょうか？それとも事務処理が終わってないのでしょうか？送金から間も無く2ヶ月になります。貴社から商品が出荷されて我々が実際に受け取るまでにさらに2ヶ月前後かかりますので、我々にとってとても厳しい状況です。出荷状況の詳細を教えて下さい。
How is the shipping preparations for our order going?
According the e-mail I received from A on August 3, the packing was already done, and it can be delivered by August 7, but is the packing actually not done yet? Or is the paperwork not done yet?
