モノクロの写真は1995年2月撮影。山手通り富ヶ谷交差点付近です。
遠方に見えるビルは初台の東京オペラシティー　竣工は1996年だから
まだ建設途中。カラーの写真は2014年6月撮影。この道路の下には
首都高速中央環状線が通り、道路左側の家やビルを立ち退かせて道幅は
広くなった。中央分離帯に建つ煙突は地下の高速道路の換気口。
道幅が広くなり交差点が少しずれた関係上、撮影のために乗っている
歩道橋が少し移動して19年前とは撮影位置が少し変わりました。

The monochrome picture was taken in February, 1995. It is near Tomigaya intersection on Yamate Street.
The building seen in the far distance is Tokyo Opera City in Hatsudai. The construction had started in 1996, so it was still under construction. The color photo was taken in June, 2014. Below this road, there was the Metropolitan Expressway Central Loop, and it was widened by ordering the houses and the buildings on the left hand out. The chimney build on the central divider is the ventilation opening of the expressway under ground.
As the width of the road was enlarged and the intersection was shifted a little, the pedestrian bridge was slightly moved. so the shooting point was changed a little compared with 19 years ago.
