日本での試作につきまして、AさんとBさんに相談致しました。
その結果、C様の日本出張は必須ではないとの結論になりました。

・今回の試作の目的は量産機のスケールダウン条件でのサンプル製作になるので、そのままサンプルを製作します。
・できたサンプルはすぐに送ります。DHLで発送して宜しいでしょうか。
　宜しければ、送り先と受取人、アカウント№を教えてください。
　また、できたサンプルの外観チェックをお願いします。
・何か問題が発生した時に備え、当日は連絡が取れるようにしておいて下さい。

As for making sample in Japan, I asked advice to Mr A and B.
The result was Mr C's business trip to Japan is not essential.

・For this sample purpose will be making sample under mass production machine's scale-down condition, and so we will make sample as it is.
・When the sample is made, we will ship it immediately. Can we ship it by DHL?
If O.K., please let us know the address to ship to, and person to receive it and the account number.
Also, please check appearance of the sample made.
