ご連絡が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
ebay登録の住所へitemを発送しましたが登録の住所が旧住所だったとのことでitemの転送希望のmailを頂きました。
しかし、ebayまたはpaypalに登録されている住所にしかitemを送ることができませんので、転送は出来ません。
よって今回は一旦、全額返金いたします。
もし、itemを再度購入いただけるのでしたら、登録の住所を変更後、再度購入をお願い致します。

I'm sorry for my late reply.
We have shipped out the item to the address that was registered on eBay but we received an email requesting to have the item forwarded because the registered address was not updated.
I'm afraid that we are not able to do so because we are only allowed to ship items to addresses registered either on eBay or PayPal.
I'd like to offer a full refund to you in this case.
Please update your address on eBay first, then purchase the item if you still would like to buy it.
