4.景気が良く、外資系企業が日本に進出しているので日本で働く外国人が増加している。しかし、日本では英語を話せない人が多く、外国人はコミュニケーションが難しい。
5.日本は労働人口が減少しており、労働力不足を補うために退職年齢を60歳から65歳に引き上げる会社が増加している。60歳～70歳のシニア世代は非常に若くて元気なので、働くことに支障はない。

5. As the number of worker is decreasing in Japan, more and more companies are raising the retirement age from 60 to 65 to compensate for shortage of worker. Those in 60s and 70s are very young and healthy, and they do not have a problem in working.
