また追加オーダーしたいんですが

少し問題があります
〝LOWETTE w27〟のジッパーが壊れていました
また、前回の商品でも〝ZATINY　008XR　w30〟　のベルトループが付いて無かった
ZATINY　は私も気づかなくて、出荷してクレームになりました

そちらでの出荷の際に何らかのトラブルがあったと思いますが
この件に対処して頂けますか？
（次回の発送時に他の商品でもよいので追加してもらえますか）

I received the products. Thank you.
I'd like to place additional orders.

However, I'd like to point out some problems.
The zipper for "LOWETTE w27" was broken.
Also, a belt loop was missing with "ZATINY　008XR　w30," which I ordered the previous time.
I didn't notice the belt loop was missing when I shipped ZATINY to my customer, and therefore, I received a complaint from my customer.

I believe there were some kind of problems upon shipment from you.
Could you please deal with the above mentioned problems?
(Maybe you can add some other items when shipping my next order.)
