ご指摘の通り、全部で３つ買いましたが、そのうちの２つが壊れています。
１つは、電源が付きません。もう１つは差込口が壊れています。
差込口自体が壊れているので、probeは関係ないと思います。
メールアドレスに写真を送りますので、ご確認ください。

問題がある商品は、香川県に送った物と、山口県に送った物です。

どちらにしても、とにかく使用できませんので早急に新しい物を２つ送ってください。
お手数おかけしますが、何卒よろしくお願いします。

As I mentioned, two of the three items I purchased are broken.
One will not power on. The other's slot is broken.
Since the slot itself if broken, I do not think it will effect the prob.
I will send a picture to the mail address, please have a look.

The problem items were sent to Kagawa-ken and Yamaguchi-ken.

Either way both cannot be used, so could you please send off the new ones ASAP.
