ご指摘の通り、全部で３つ買いましたが、そのうちの２つが壊れています。
１つは、電源が付きません。もう１つは差込口が壊れています。
差込口自体が壊れているので、probeは関係ないと思います。

問題がある商品は、香川県に送った物と、山口県に送った物です。

どちらにしても、とにかく使用できませんので早急に新しい物を２つ送ってください。
