本日、試作メーカーと最終打合せを行いました。8月中旬にAとBの試験を行いたいのですが、AとBの試験は同日行えないので、試験立会の日程を2日いただいても宜しいでしょうか。
（機械の洗浄をしないといけないため）Aを1日目のPMに行い、Bを2日目のPMに行う予定です。よろしければ、8月中旬で何日か候補日を教えてください。試作メーカーと日程調整致します。また、7月末のアポイントの件、確定できましたでしょうか。航空券の発券期間がまもなくのため、念のために確認致しました。

We had the final meeting with the manufacturer of the sample today.
We would like to examine A and B in the middle of August, however, we can not conduct the test of A and B at the same day, so can you perform witness the test in two days?
(We have to wash the machine) We will conduct A on the afternoon of the first day and B on that of the second day. Please give me your availability of a few days in th e middle of August if possible. I will arrange the schedule with the manufacturer. Also, have you fixed the schedule of the appointment in the end of July? I would like to confirm for just in case since the issuing due date of Air plane ticket comes soon.
