添付画像を見ると分かりますが、商品のパッケージの一部が10個全部切り取られています。明らかに故意的です。私はこの商品を日本で販売する予定でしたが、これでは売り物になりません。商品は日本にあります。返送するので、そちらの住所、電話番号を教えてください、そちらに到着したら、商品のパッケージの一部が切り取られていない完全なものを10個、アメリカの住所に再送付してください。以上、宜しくお願い致します。

You can understand from looking at the attached image, but one part of the product's packaging, all 10 pieces were being cut off. It is obviously done on purpose.
