事前にダンボール梱包に発送してくださいとメールをし、過去の発送梱包について何度もクレームをしたにもかかわらず、また何も梱包なしで届いた。カスタマー部門もその事を配送部門に伝えたとメールが来ている。添付写真を見て見らうと分かるが、10個すべて箱が破損している。なぜ、ドイツAmazonの発送部門は顧客の信頼を何度も裏切るのか?発送部門の責任者からきちんと弁明のメールをもらいたい。そして業務改善マニュアルを提出してください。私は怒りを超えて、呆れている。以上よろしくお願い致します。

Although I said that please pack with cardboard please by email beforehand and claimed many times about past packing, the package has been arrived with no packing.
An email is arriving which written customer department told about that to shipping department.
As you can understand if you see attached photos, all ten package is broken. Why Amazon Germany betray customer's trust many times? I like to have proper explanation email from responsible person from shipping department. And please make and submit business improvement manual. I am amazed rather than angry.
Please kindly consider this matter.
