事前にダンボール梱包に発送してくださいとメールをし、過去の発送梱包について何度もクレームをしたにもかかわらず、また何も梱包なしで届いた。カスタマー部門もその事を配送部門に伝えたとメールが来ている。添付写真を見て見らうと分かるが、10個すべて箱が破損している。なぜ、ドイツAmazonの発送部門は顧客の信頼を何度も裏切るのか?発送部門の責任者からきちんと弁明のメールをもらいたい。そして業務改善マニュアルを提出してください。私は怒りを超えて、呆れている。以上よろしくお願い致します。
I sent you an email to pack the cardboard in advance and have made a claim about packing and sending several times before. But the item arrived without being packed.
I received the customer department that they has sent the message to delivery department by mail.
As you can see in attached picture, all 10 packs are damaged.
I wonder why delivery department of Amazon Germany loses trust of customer repeatedly?
I want a person in charge o the delivery department to express appropriate apology by email.
Please submit a manual of improving the duties. I am beyond angry and dumbfounded.
