本体を起動させたのですが、画面が青いだけで文字が出てきません。
あと、メガネ型のコード差込口が壊れています。

初期不良だと思いますので、修理または交換をしていただけますか？
メーカー保障がありますので無料で修理・交換をしていただけると思いますが、
日本から中国への送料も、そちらで負担していただけるのですか？
できれば新品をすぐに送っていただきたいです。
今のところ、初期不良が見られるのは１つだけです。

I turned on the machine but the monitor only turned blue and no messages appeared.
In addition, the plug(shaped like a pair of glasses) is broken.
